We are VITAE SLOW DRINKS SL. and we are located in Avinguda del Mediterrani 48 in 08397 Pineda de Mar.I NIF B 67060129.
We are the result of a life journey, illusion and artisan work to offer products that provide a real benefit to our health, as well as being a refreshing drink with many uses in our diet.
II. What can you buy in our store?
VITAE SLOW DRINKS SL offers in its store its selection of drinks based on Kombucha, refreshing drinks with unique contributions to our health, made by hand.
Choose one of the packs or flavors that we offer and start enjoying VITAE Kombucha at home or wherever you prefer.
III. How to buy?
We offer you VITAE SLOW DRINKS in 6 different flavors (for now): Pura Vida (original flavor green tea), Lemon Ginger, Mango Strawberry, Apple Cinnamon, Açaí Strawberry, Orange Mint, Açaí and Berries. To take them home:
- Choose the flavor and format you prefer; there are different formats depending on which flavors you fancy the most. In our store there will always be the available formats. By clicking on the "Add to cart" button, the product you have selected is added to your cart: You can also continue to buy other products or go to your shopping cart to process the order with the products you have chosen.
- In your shopping cart you will see a summary of your order, make sure you are sure that everything is correct. If so, you can now register, if you have not done so previously, to be able to identify yourself and complete the order.
- If you are already registered on our page, click on the section Already registered? and you can go ahead with your purchase.
- Shipping method: Your VITAE pack is sent to you with SEUR Frio, to make sure that your purchases retain their properties and flavor. Orders can be made frrom Monday to Friday and will be delivered within the next 5 working days. If you order on Friday will be registered for the following Monday. Orders that exceed € 30 will have free shipping.
- You will receive an email informing you of your purchase and the processes to follow.
- At the moment we cannot deliver to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. We hope to be able to do so soon.
- Payment methods: You can pay with your Paypal account or with your Visa or Mastercard by selecting the Redsys option.
- If you need it, you can complete your order with a message in case you need any clarification, want to give us a reception schedule, etc.
IV. Our shipments
Orders can be made from Monday to Friday and will be delivered within the next 5 working days. If you order on Friday will be registered for the following Monday. Orders that exceed € 30 will have free shipping. We will send your VITAE order to you with SEUR Frio (cold), to ensure that your purchases retain their properties and flavor.
V. Subscription to our products.
In some of our products or packs you can make recurring orders through the link 'SUBSCRIPTION or SUBSCRIBE'. In these cases, the subscription will be for a minimum of 3 months to 1 year. In the event that you wish to cancel a subscription, you must send an email to email@example.com 30 days before the corresponding term, 3 months or 1 year.
VI. Can I return the products?
In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it taking into account the applicable regulations. We offer you our products in closed and sealed or sealed packs so that you are the first to open them.
For this reason, if you want to make a return, you must comply with article 103 letter e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the defense of consumers, which specifies that sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned by health and hygiene reasons and that they have been unsealed after delivery. In other words, you can only return products or packs that you have not unsealed.
To make this return correctly, you must:
- Request a return within 14 calendar days from when you have received the order.

- What happens once the return is requested?
- You must return the products that meet the sealing requirements to us within 14 calendar days after you have requested the return.
- A label will be generated that you must include in the packaging of the products you return and the products will be collected at the address where they were delivered.
- When proceeding with any return, a return cost of 5€ is assumed, which will be charged to the account of the payment method that has been used for the order.
